Where Brotherhood Begins

We are in a unique position as alumni brothers to shape the future of Nu Chapter and its greatest asset: Stubbs Mansion. 

It has always been a differentiating factor between Sigma Nu and other fraternities. Not just the building itself, but also how Stubbs Mansion—its history, traditions, and upkeep—is interwoven into our members. If we wish for Sigma Nu to maintain its top-tier status on campus and in recruiting, however, we must provide a safe, comfortable, and modern facility where our members can live and thrive. As other KU fraternities and the KU dorm system upgrade their residential offerings, our beloved collegiate home is no longer the golden gem it once was. We will reestablish the Governor’s Mansion as the premier Greek property, “the (Black and) Gold Standard” among all KU fraternity houses.
